Hotel Facilities:
- INFORMATION: Our Front Office is available to assist you with all necessary information.
- ADAPTERS: Electric adapters for different types of sockets are available at the hotel reception. If you need such equipment, please contact Reception for assistance.
- AIR CONDITIONING: All hotel rooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning systems. You can adjust the temperature and air volume directly from the existing source on the side or from its control panel.
- HAIRDRYER: Each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.
- CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED: The hotel accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard. For any other information, please contact Reception.
- MEDICAL SERVICES: If you require medical services, please contact Reception. An ambulance will be requested to ensure you receive the necessary medical assistance. Additional charges may apply according to the clinic's policy.
- ACCOMMODATION: Check-in is from 14:00 (02:00 pm). Depending on availability, room pickup can also be done before the aforementioned time.
- CHECK-OUT: Room checkout at the end of your stay is at 12:00 pm on the day of departure. If you wish to stay in the room after the aforementioned time, please contact Reception. This is subject to hotel availability and may entail additional charges according to the hotel's internal policy.
- FIRE ALARM: In case of emergency, the alarm will activate automatically. Please read the emergency procedures and evacuation plan located on the door of your room.
- LOBBY STORAGE: A controlled-access luggage room is available for your convenience. We invite you to contact Reception for luggage retrieval and storage under maximum security conditions.
- MINIBAR: Minibar services can be found at the hotel reception.
- TEA AND COFFEE MAKER IN ROOMS: The coffee maker in your room is provided at no extra cost. It is stocked with tea and coffee pods once daily, according to consumption.
- IN-ROOM SAFE: Each guest room is equipped with an electronic safe. It is located in the wardrobe, and we invite you to use it with confidence. The hotel does not assume any responsibility for personal belongings not stored in the provided safes.
- SPA CENTER: Located on the 1st floor of the hotel, it is open daily from 12:00 - 21:00. The sauna can be used upon client request between 18:00 - 21:00.
