Refund Policy

Refunds


We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days prior your booking start date to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your booking start date should be greated than 30 days from the requested refund. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at contact@artemisleto.ro. Please note that you can also request one by using Postal Services at the following address:

You can always contact us for any refund questions at contact@artemisleto.ro.

We will notify you once we’ve received your request and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at contact@artemisleto.ro.
